Rubber Cables
VISION offers a Wide range of rubber cables of wide variety. This Cables are pocessed with EC Grade Coppers & Chemically balanced rubber compounds to provide right technical parameters suitable for the required appications. The Rubber insulation offers high flexibility, good Di-electric value and performance under very harsh temperature up to 90 Degrees.
Normally used in OVERHEAD CRANES, MATERIAL HANDLING CRANES, SHIP WIRING, MARINE PURPOSES AND MINING & OILFIELD.
Elastomeric Compounds for insulating and sheathing of cables are formulated to meet the requirement of 6380,BS 6899,IEC 60502 and other international specification

- Annealed tinned Plain / Copper wires Soild (Class 1), Standard (Class 3), Flexible (Class 5) Complying with the requirement if IS 8130 - 1984
Insulation
- General services Elastomer compound Type IE 1 of IS 6380-1984
- Heat Resisting Elastomer compound Type IE 2 of IS 6380-1984
- Silicone Rubber Type IE 5 of IS 6380-1984

- Coloured Insulation & Numbered Tape for Identification
Fillers
- If required Synthetic Fibers or elastomer fillers are used for construction design of cable.
